Biscotti with dried strawberries

Ingredients for 10 servings: wheat flour - 250 g, sugar - 250 g, baking powder - 1.5 teaspoons, chicken egg - 3 pieces, dried strawberries - 50 g, dried apricots - 100 g, pitted dates -50 g, pistachios - 75 g, almonds - 50 g, hazelnuts - 50 g, lemon zest - 1 piece.

Cooking method. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with paper. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder. Add eggs, mix well, collect the dough in a layer. Add dried fruits, nuts, lemon zest. Divide the dough into 6 parts, roll sausages with a diameter of 3 cm and place at a distance of 6 cm from each other. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the sausages are browned. Remove them from the oven, cool and cut into slices half a centimeter thick. Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 8 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
